Could Dion Waiters be traded to the Milwaukee Bucks in the coming weeks? It’s a possibility, at least according to Steve Kyler who says the Bucks are among the most active teams right now and could be interested in acquiring the Cleveland Cavaliers guard.
Waiters has reportedly worn out his welcome with the Cavaliers and is a prime target for a new zip code come the NBA’s trade deadline. The Bucks seem to have interest, though, are understandably concerned about his rumored attitude problems.
Point guard has been mentioned as a need the Bucks are trying to fill for the long-term and the Bucks could be one of the teams on the move for Dion Waiters; although there continues to be talk that the Milwaukee is steering clear of “bad attitude” players, which might red-flag Waiters.
Milwaukee isn’t exactly overflowing with young talent, so it’s unknown what type of return the Cavaliers could be expecting in return from the Bucks. They do have some expiring contracts, which always hold value, but the Cavaliers are well under the salary cap and would be looking for more youth than financial aid in a trade.
