National Signing Day 2014: Grade and Analysis for Penn State

The Penn State Nittany Lions are getting ready to begin a new era under new head coach James Franklin and one of the attributes that he brings to the table that make him so appealing is his uncanny knack for recruiting.

Franklin build Vanderbilt into a contender through recruiting, and he’ll look to continue that charge with Penn State.

On Wednesday, he got off to a rather good start, finishing with the 24th-ranked class in the country according to Rivals.
