WWE SmackDown will be airing tonight on the SyFy channel and feature six matches on the card. Starting off the event will be Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose taking on Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler. The tag team division has heated up ever since The New Age Outlaws returned and became the Tag Team Champions for the sixth time.

I think the creative team needs to stick with Kingston and Ziggler and eventually place the titles around their waist’s. I think a match up between The Uso’s and Kingston/Ziggler for the titles would be pretty entertaining if you ask now. Second up on the card is Sheamus taking on Ryback. Sheamus returned to the WWE at the Royal Rumble and has been taken names ever since he returned to action.

He’ll face a tough opponent in Ryback, both of these men were serious Main Event contenders. They should find themselves back in the spotlight later on in the year, but for right now they’ll have to settle for a mid card match up. Daniel Bryan will see some one on one action with Antonio Cesaro. Cesaro who may be breaking away from The Real American’s soon, could be looking at a possible face turn.

He’s been working out with John Cena lately. That may not mean anything to a lot of people, but he could be getting some pointers from one of the biggest faces of the company. AJ Lee and Nikki Bella will be going one on one in a non-title match. This could determine who AJ Lee will be facing at the Elimination Chamber pay per view.

I expect Naomi to get involved one way or another.

Bray Wyatt takes on Cody Rhodes older brother, Goldust. Wyatt and family will be taking on The Shield on February 23rd, a dream match up for those who paid close attention to NXT over the last year or two. I was hoping these two teams would clash at WrestleMania, but I’m glad the creative team will be giving us something the WWE Universe has wanted ever since The Wyatt Family debuted.

And finally you have the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton taking on Christian. You have Orton taking on one of his “opponents” from that Elimination Chamber match. Christian is expected to be either bullied by Brock Lesnar out of the event, or squashed within the first 10 minutes of the match.

Christian was CM Punk’s fill in for that match up, so I don’t expect him to walk away from the Chamber with both titles raised above his head.
