Walter Payton Man of the Year winner Charles ‘Peanut’ Tillman continued to do great things before accepting the award before the Super Bowl kicked off. Tillman announced on Twitter that he had two tickets available and wanted to know if anybody knew a deserving military family who would like to attend the game.

Well, we all know it really wasn’t much of a game to begin with. But I guess that isn’t the point right now. Tillman has a heart of gold and found a family to give the tickets to. According to ESPN.com, Charles selected Sgt. Ryan Doltz’s family.

The fallen soldier’s brother, Greg and his wife Tiffany attended the game, unsure if what they were about to do was a hoax or not. They were able to witness the blow out.
