The Golden State Warriors are by no stretch having a bad season. In fact, there aren’t many teams who wouldn’t like to be in their shoes at 30-20. But in a tough Western Conference, ten games over .500 only puts you in the sixth seed and just a half game out of the eighth seed.
Needless to say, Golden State will be open to improvement come the NBA trade deadline and according to USA Today, might be willing to trade anybody not named Stephen Curry or Andrew Bogut, assuming the price is right.
They have one of the most aggressive front offices in the league, and rival executives are of the belief that anyone not named Stephen Curry or Andrew Bogut is up for discussion.
The Warriors have plenty of intriguing players and contracts to move, so it’s not out of the question they could be major players at the deadline.
It doesn’t appear the Warriors are leaning on moving any player in particular, just that they’re not opposed to moves – outside of Bogut and Curry, understandably.
