On Friday night in prime time, NBC will be airing the opening ceremony for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. During the opening ceremony is the Parade of Nations, where all of the competitors and countries that are being represented in the Olympic Games march out in front of an eager crowd to officially bring in the games.

As is usually the case, the United States Olympic team, which was without the women’s hockey team who are currently preparing for their early game tomorrow, was among the largest and most excited to be present.
