As recently as this week, it was expected that 5-star guard Rashad Vaughn would announce his collegiate plans on Saturday, but apparently, he needed a couple more days to ponder one of the biggest decisions of his young life.
Rashad Vaughn (@ShowtimeMr) texted that his college announcement has been pushed back until Tuesday.

Vaughn is a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Findlay Prep in Nevada, and he is a consensus 5-star across the various recruiting services. His final choice is said to be down to Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Iowa State, and UNLV, and all 5 programs will be eagerly following his announcement.
The scouting report on Vaughn is one of an elite pure scorer at this stage, and honestly, he would be a fit regardless of where he chooses to commit simply because he should already have a defined role at the next level. By waiting this long for his announcement, Vaughn has become the consensus “best guard available” on the collegiate recruiting scene, and teams like UNC that are suddenly desperate for talent have a lot riding on his choice.
Stay tuned to see where this elite player will be playing his college ball in 2014-2015.
