UFC Lightweight, Myles Jury, has gone through many trials and tribulations to get to this point in his career. After competing in MMA for five years and racking up a 9-0 record, Jury was set to try out for the Ultimate Fighter. Jury ultimately made the cast for TUF 13, but tore his ACL on the first episode, forcing him to pull out of the show. The injury cost Jury a year of training as he rehabbed to get back to full strength.

Jury tried out for the Ultimate Fighter once again, and he made the first ever live season of TUF. Many expected Jury to defeat the competition on TUF 15, but he was defeated early on by the eventual runner-up, Al Iaquinta. At the TUF Live Finale, Jury cemented his spot on the UFC roster by submitting Chris Saunders in the first round. Since then, Jury has won another three UFC fights and finds himself staring at the toughest test of his career, a UFC 171 battle against Diego Sanchez.

In the video above, watch Jury as he takes you through a day in the life of his UFC 171 training camp. The video is produced by Intravid, who has been putting together fantastic MMA video blogs. UFC 171 goes down on March 15th in Dallas, Texas.
