Fake Audi Olympics add is genius, spoofs ring malfunction (Photo)

During opening ceremonies of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi there was a mishap. Captured in the photo above, five snow flakes were supposed to expand into the Olympic rings, but that fifth one remained a snow flake.

That has led one reddit user to come up with a brilliant, albeit fake, Audi ad. The German car company’s logo is four side-by-side rings, and it features to Audi R8 cars turning on a snow mountainside road. Above it is the four Olympic rings and the snowflake, below it there is an asterisk that clarifies “When four rings is all you need.”

It is very clever and some people at Audi might want to look into making this happen.
