The Minnesota Timberwolves aren’t the worst team in the NBA but they’re in a bit of turmoil at the moment. The team needs to start winning if they want any hope of keeping Kevin Love past next season, but the team is refusing to make trades that will improve the roster.

Jerry Zgoda from the Star Tribune noted that the one guy the Wolves seem open to trading is the only guy they’ve traded for this season — Luc Mbah a Moute.

The Wolves traded away first-round bust Derrick Williams to land Mbah a Moute, but it seems they’re ready to part ways with him already. Minnesota has stated that they feel midseason trades for losing teams are stupid, so it’s far from a lock that they trade away Luc Mbah a Moute before the deadline.
