The Czech Republic will take on Sweden as part of a double-header to open the 2014 Winter Olympics men’s ice hockey tournament. The competition is sure to be at a high level, even at the very beginning of the preliminary round. The Czechs are rolling out a lineup that consists of most of their golden oldies—think Jaromir Jagr and Patrik Elias—while Sweden is considered to be one of the favorites to win the Gold Medal in Sochi.
