The Miami Dolphins were embroiled in severe controversy of the worst kind last season when the team was accused of having a hostile locker room that involved bullying towards offensive lineman Jonathan Martin. As a result, the Dolphins suspended Richie Incognito, allowed Martin to take an indefinite leave and are now trying to decide what the future holds.
According to Ian Rapoport from NFL Network, a reunion between the Dolphins and Martin is not out of the question.
#Dolphins OT Jonathan Martin wants to play football in 2014. His reps have had some talks with MIA recently. Not impossible he returns there

It’s highly unlikely that Richie Incognito will get a job again in Miami, especially after the way he threw a tantrum on twitter the other day. But hearing that the Dolphins could welcome Martin back though shows that the team is trying to mend its image of being a hostile work environment and extending a hand to Martin is a great first step.
This doesn’t guarantee a reunion, but the Dolphins are at the very least trying.
