Temple vs. Louisville postponed due to weather; Rescheduled for Feb. 14

The harsh winter storm making its way through claimed one victim on Wednesday night when one of the biggest rivalries in all of college sports, Duke vs. North Carolina, was postponed, and now it has claimed another for Thursday.

American Athletic Conference foes Temple and Louisville have had their contest scheduled for Thursday night postponed for Thursday night and will play the game tomorrow on Valentine’s Day at a time to be announced at a later date.

The storm has crushed a good part of the northeast area, making it near impossible for safe travel on the roads, as we saw Wednesday night with the plethora of folks that were stuck on the highway trying to make it to the Dean Dome.

So now, Temple and Louisville will face off against one another on Friday night at some point, with Rick Pitino and the Cardinals looking for their third consecutive victory since losing to Cincinnati a few games ago, while Temple will look to win their second game in the conference if they can pull off the huge upset.
