  In what could be one of the more interesting contests of the third day the 2014 Winter Olympics men’s ice hockey tournament, Sweden will do battle with Switzerland. Both teams won their opening games, albeit in different fashions. While Sweden was able to thoroughly outplay the Czech Republic en route to victory, the Swiss struggled mightily against Latvia. Both squad can be better than they were in their first contests, and neither wants to fall to 1-1 at this stage of the preliminary round. Heading into the tournament, it was believed that Switzerland could give one or two of the superpowers trouble. They’ll have their first chance to play giant killer against Sweden, but they’ll need to be much better on the offensive side of the puck if they want to be able to hang with the hasty Swedes.
