It appears the Denver Nuggets aren’t getting the type of offers they’re wanting for disgruntled point guard, Andre Miller.
Facing a difficult trade market and a glaring hole at the point guard position, Nuggets officials worked out the banished Andre Miller this week in New Orleans and are considering bringing him back, league sources told CBSSports.com.
The only reason the Nuggets would be considering such a move is that they don’t feel they can trade him – at least not for a return they’re comfortable with. They certainly don’t want Miller to be sidelined past the trade deadline and their ideal scenario is still to move him, but that may not be realistic at this point.
With Nate Robinson out for the rest of the season, the Nuggets need a backup point guard as bad as ever – a role Miller could fill if he isn’t moved.
