The ladies cross country relay at the 2014 Winter Olympics is in the books, with the Swedish team of Charlotte Kalla, Emma Wiken, Ida Ingemarsdotter, and Anna Haag taking home the gold medal in the 4×5 km relay.

Finland finished in second-place to grab the silver, while the team from Germany captured the bronze.

In the most surprising result of the day, Norway’s Marit Bjorgen, Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen, Therese Johaug and Heidi Weng failed to reach the medal podium and recorded their first loss in an event since 2009.
