The NBA All-Star game is right around the corner and we get to see the league’s best players “compete” in a match up of dream rosters. Of course, there is next to no defense and it is all in fun so it isn’t the most competitive game.
Still, some players are looking to establish themselves and show off their skills. Oklahoma City Thunder and MVP contender Kevin Durant said he planned on going one-on-one with someone. When pressed by TNT’s Craig Sager he conceded that would probably wind up being LeBron James.
Durant on Sunday’s ASG: “I want to play 1-on-1 w/ somebody on Sun…we’ll see how that goes.” Sager: “LeBron?” Durant: “Probably, yeah.”

Guess Sager didn’t hear Durant say on Friday that he was tired of talking about LeBron. Durant was asked on a scale of one to 10 how tired he was of facing comparisons to James.
“Um, about a 25,” Durant fired back. “It’s every day, I mean. You should really focus on how good LeBron James is. I think people should appreciate that more than always comparing guys. In our world, you want to compare everything. You judge everything. That’s just how we are.”
