The NBA trade deadline is approaching rapidly, but some of the names being discussed are not going to be moving until the 2015 offseason. Perhaps the biggest name hitting the market that year is Minnesota Timberwolves star forward Kevin Love, who is rumored to be going everywhere from New York to Los Angeles.
We can now add the Boston Celtics to that list, as Love has praised the Celtics for being a free agent destination. Of course, Love isn’t saying he’s planning on singing there, but anytime he mentions a team by name, people are going to go nuts assuming he’s going to sign there.
Kevin Love: ““Boston is a great city. I’m sure free agents would love to go there, especially with @BCCoachStevens as a coach.”

No one knows where Love will sign in 2015, but Boston might not be a bad option. It’s too far ahead int he future to truly give it credible thought, but the list of teams will start to grow when it comes to where Love will sign, and Boston is now going to be discussed at length.
