Bubba Watson went to the University of Georgia, and had kind words to say about fellow Georgia alum Brian Harman:
Well, he’s a Bulldog, so obviously he’s a good player.
Jordan Spieth is excited for his first trip to the Masters in April. As Jim Nantz would say, “A tradition unlike any other:”
I’m excited. I’ve got a great game plan leading up to it.
Brian Harman finished T3, and spoke about being in contention to win the tournament. Harman played well enough to win, but Bubba Watson stole the show with consecutive 64s on the weekend:
I learned about being in contention, and the more times you put yourself there, the better chance you have.
Jason Allred Monday qualified for the tournament. He thinks his success at the Northern Trust (T3) can be partly attributed to his perspective on life:
I love this game, trust me, I have big dreams still, but we have two amazing kids at home and an amazing wife and our third child is due in a week and a half. So I think ‑‑ I don’t really know the reason, but maybe that just added some perspective, and a lot of freedom and peace.
