The Oklahoma State Cowboys will travel to Waco for a matchup with the Baylor Bears on Monday, Feb. 17.
It will be the 74th meeting in the series. Oklahoma State leads the all-time series with a 52-21 edge over the Bears, which includes a 16-15 mark in Waco. However, Baylor has won its’ last seven home games in the series. Overall, the Cowboys are also 26-12 versus Baylor since the Big 12 formed in 1996-97. Baylor won the last meeting 76-70 on Feb. 1.
Oklahoma State is 16-9 on the season, which include a 4-8 mark in Big 12 play. The team is averaging 81.9 points per game behind Marcus Smart who averages just over 17 point a contest.
Baylor enters the contest with the same record, 16-9 overall with a 4-8 conference mark. The Bears are averaging 75.6 point per game and are led by Cory Jefferson who scores just over 12 a game.
The Cowboys are coming of a 77-74 loss to the Oklahoma Sooners. It was their sixth straight loss.
Baylor is coming off a double-overtime win against the Kansas State Wildcats. The team has won three of its last five games.
