Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey is expected to land a suspension for his involvement in the harassment of teammate Jonathan Martin that led him to leave the team in the middle of the season. Pouncey was named as one of the three “bullies” inside of the Dolphins locker room, along with Richie Incognito and John Jerry, which caused speculation to begin about whether or not the team would part ways with him in the offseason.

Not so fast, my friends.

According to the Miami Herald, the Dolphins are not expected to trade Pouncey and he is part of the team’s plans moving forward.

While Pouncey may be causing headaches for the team in recent months, his talent is simply to great for the team to ship him off to another city.

The offensive line is already in shambles and may begin the season with five new offensive linemen if Pouncey is suspended, so it would not make sense for the team to trade away their best talent.

So this type of behavior is tolerated if the person is talented enough?he needs to be cut or traded for the organization to show some integrity and show without a doubt this type of behavior is unacceptable regardless of your talent level.
