2014 Bob Cousy Award: 23 finalists announced

Playing the position of point guard in basketball is one of the more difficult to play in all of sports, and in the world of college basketball, the best of the best at that position is awarded the Bob Cousy award for their outstanding efforts on the season. And on Monday, 23 finalists for the award were announced, and the list is a definitive who’s who of the best to play the point in the game today.

The 23 names on this list for the 2014 version of the award have exhibited some of the best play at the point that we’ve seen all year, and their combination of athleticism and smarts are unmatched.
