The Miami Dolphins are looking at their options when it comes to discipline over those mentioned in the Wells’ Report as being bullies in their locker room. One such player named was offensive lineman Mike Pouncey, who is reportedly distraught over being mentioned in the report.

According to the Sun-Sentinel, Pouncey viewing his role in the bullying scandal as a learning opportunity.

“Mike’s distraught over the whole thing,” a source close to Pouncey said. “He views it as a learning opportunity.”

This is hardly going to get Pouncey any sympathy, but lucky for him Richie Incognito continues to do stupid things like go on Twitter rants, thus taking attention off of Pouncey. There’s no saying that the center isn’t truly remorseful for his role in the scandal, but a simple shrug of the shoulders likely won’t cut it.

Still, Pouncey seems very aware of the severity of what he’s involved with and just how easily something he thinks is innocent can become a major harassment case that threatens his hob security with his employer.

My first thoughts on this matter, months ago, was how can a 6′ 5″, 325lb man be bullied? Im very fortunate to have been born in an era that allowed me to stand on my own two feet. My mothers words still ring true, “sticks and stones may break my bones but WORDS can never harm me. Unless you let yourself become a victim. Martin, whining to his mother, I got “punked” again makes me wanna puke. Ive been keeping up with these events of the Dolphin locker room, having played the game and spent many hours in a football locker room, Martin is a willing victim who participated in his own victim-ness as it were,,,is that silly or what? Incognito is a bully and bullies can always be defeated but to whine and state that your not a man is something else entirely. I don’t feel sorry for any of them,,,,,,and the sports media? After today I won’t read another word, the media as stoked this fire from the beginning, the media wants retribution for what they perceive as a crime against humanity or some other BS.
