The Golf Club at Dove Mountain in Marana, Arizona hosts the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship.  The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus in 2009, and is a par-72 that stretches 7,791 yards.  The players will not be intimidated by the length of the course because of the elevation (2,300 to 3,000 feet) and warm air.

Dove Mountain’s firm and undulating greens will be the story all week.  In order to have a decent look at birdie, the players must hit a precise spot on the green.  If the players miss their spot, they will either have a difficult birdie putt or roll off the green.

Play begins tomorrow morning (Wednesday, February 19th) at 7:25 am MT.
