Sacramento Kings‘ All-Star snub DeMarcus Cousins was able to return to practice Thursday.
Cousins strained his left hip flexor against the New York Knicks in a 106-101 over time win.
He left the game after playing 33 minutes and finishing with 19 pints and 13 rebounds.
He missed the Kings’ loss against the Golden State Warriors.
The injury isn’t as serious as first expected to be, so expect Cousins to play his original amount of minutes
Cousins has averaged 22.5 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks this season.
The Kings host the Boston Celtics Friday at 7 pm PT on NBA TV
