It appears Luol Deng isn’t the only recently acquired player to find his name thrown into the trade rumor mill.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, the Golden State Warriors – who acquired Jordan Crawford from the Boston Celtics last month – have put the guard on the trade block.

After trading for Steve Blake, Golden State is shopping Jordan Crawford before the deadline, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

As mentioned above, the Warriors got their much coveted ‘traditional’ backup point guard in Steve Blake in a trade with the Los Angeles, making Crawford relatively expendable given he’s more of a scoring guard than a point guard.

Given Crawford’s small expiring contract, Golden State won’t get much in return for the young guard – though they’re not likely looking for a king’s ransom, rather just looking to remove him off the roster given his playing time will be reduced significantly.

Currently, there are no teams linked to Crawford though things could heat up in the final few minutes of the trade deadline.
