At the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine on Friday, 2012 Heisman Memorial Trophy winner Johnny Manziel took to the podium in front of a slew of media members from all around the football world in what was the most anticipated media session at the event since Manti Te’o last season.

With many questions surrounding not only his play on the field, but his behavior off it as well, it was no surprise that the folks with the microphones and cameras were lining up early to get in what they had to toward the former Texas A&M star.

Manziel addressed mainly the inquiries about his play on the field, especially sending a direct message to those who believe that he can’t be a pocket passer.

"“I’m just looking forward to showing up all the people that say I’m just an improvisor,” Manziel said."

As far as off the field, Manziel also went out of his way to make it a point that his entire life now will be focused on the game of football, and only on the game.

"“This is life now. This is a job for me. I’m taking it very seriously,” he said, adding that he was going to be “football 24-7″ from this point forward."
