When LeBron James went down on Thursday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder, fans didn’t know what to expect as LeBron James getting injured is a rare site in the NBA — especially when it comes to blood being drawn. X-rays were taken on Friday to assess the damage and revealed that the Miami Heat star had suffered a broken nose, but the injury isn’t being deemed a serious one.

That’s hard to say when you’ve broken a bone in your body, but James isn’t expected to be out long and is a game-time decision against the Chicago Bulls on Sunday.

The only thing that his broken nose can affect is his shooting as it may throw him off. But this means we’ll get to see LeBron James strap on a mask, which is sure to be great for a lot of reasons.
