Saturday night was quite the eventful evening for Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim and his team, and not in a positive way. In their rematch with the Duke Blue Devils, they were defeated–their second consecutive loss–and will now most certainly be thrust from their number one spot in the polls.

In probably the most shocking outcome possible at the end of the game, Boeheim was ejected in the regular season for the first time in his career after he was assessed a double technical foul for arguing a charge call on C.J. Fair, a call which effectively sealed the Orange’s fate on this night.

Right after that, people were foaming at the mouth waiting to see what Boeheim’s post-game press conference would entail.

Well, here it is, in its entirety:

There were a few testy moments in there, but it wasn’t as hostile as some had thought it was going to be.

It was most certainly a lukewarm welcome for Boeheim and his Syracuse team to Cameron Indoor Stadium.
