With the uncertainty of when Andrew Bogut will return, the Golden State Warriors have signed an extra body to add depth to the front court.
The Warriors have signed forward/center Hilton Armstrong to a 10-day contract.
Armstrong originally started the season off with the Warriors before being waived.
In his 7 games with the Warriors he averaged .9 points and 2.3 rebounds in just 4 minutes of action.
After being let go by the team, Armstrong latched on to their D-League affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors.
He averaged 12.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks in 23 games with the SC Warriors.
Armstrong, 29, holds career averages of 3 points and 2.6 rebounds.
Armstrong was drafted 12th overall back in 2006 by the New Orleans Hornets. He’s never been able to live up to his lottery status, latching on to play for six teams during his five-year career.
