The Miami Heat will become human this week as superstar LeBron James will be sidelined thanks to his broken nose.

James, who suffered the shattering earlier this week against the Oklahoma City Thunder was thought to be questionable for Sunday’s matchup against the Chicago Bulls. However James was ruled out before the game and according to the Heat, will miss a week.

Spoelstra says that the extra days before next game helped make decision. LeBron gets a week off.

The Heat thankfully have an extended break and don’t play again until Thursday when they take on the New York Knicks. It’s not known if he will return against the Knicks of if the Heat believe he’ll need a week off from today. If that proves to be the case, not only will he miss the Knicks game but he’ll also miss the March 1st game against the Orlando Magic.

One would assume James would be back after that, though if not the Heat take on the Charlotte Bobcats on March 3rd and the Houston Rockets on the 4th.
