Shortstop is a fascinating fantasy baseball position since teams take such different approaches to the position. Some teams in the NL have an elite offensive player in the position and enjoy solid production from the player in the middle of their lineup. However, other NL teams are content to let lesser offensive players play daily at SS since they are so good defensively.
