NBA Rumors: Jimmer Fredette will not be bought out by Sacramento Kings?

Early Tuesday morning, word leaked suggesting that that the Sacramento Kings would buyout sharp shooter Jimmer Fredette.

Now we have word that will not be the case as according to James Ham, the Kings will not buyout Fredette – at least for now.

Being told that Jimmer Fredette will not be bought out and waived today by the Sacramento Kings. No idea if he will be in uniform tonight.

Ham, a respected Kings beat reporter, is well within the know of the team so his report should be taken with heavy accuracy.

Of course, despite not being bought out today – that doesn’t mean Fredette won’t be bought out in the coming days – it just doesn’t appear as if will happen in the next twenty-four hours.

Ham does go on to suggest that buyout or not, Fredette will not be with the Kings organization next season.

The two and a half year veteran has struggled to see floor time with the Kings, averaging seven points in 15 minutes over his Sacramento career.
