Lightning at Predators: live stream, start time, TV info and more

The Tampa Bay Lightning quietly became the talk of the hockey world once the 2014 Winter Games were over, but they’ll have to find a way to focus on the task at hand against the Nashville Predators. The reason that Tampa has suddenly found itself in the middle of a monstrous amount of NHL trade deadline chatter?

The seemingly unthinkable has happened in Florida: Martin St. Louis reportedly asked to be traded prior to the Olympic roster freeze, and it’s unclear at this juncture whether or not he’ll back off of his demands. He certainly didn’t do his part to calm the chatter down with the comments he made to media upon returning to the United States.

With his shiny new gold medal.

Regardless, he’s a member of the Lightning for now, and the Predators are sporting a face that should be familiar to St. Louis. Shea Weber was his Olympic teammate just a few short days ago, but now he’ll be tasked with stopping Tampa’s top player. Still no Steven Stamkos, but that hasn’t been a problem for the Lightning so far this season.
