It would be a stretch to say that the #1 ranked Florida Gators are in desperate need of point guard help, but on Saturday, they will be back at full strength for the first time in 3 games.
As expected, Billy D said pg Kasey Hill will be back for LSU game. Hill practiced Thursday.

Freshman point guard Kasey Hill has missed Florida’s last three games as a result of a groin injury, but he’ll be in the lineup (according to head coach Billy Donovan) when the Gators take on LSU on Saturday. Hill isn’t the most high-profile point guard on the roster (that title belongs to Scottie Wilbekin), but the freshman is averaging more than 23 minutes per game this season, and his production level (5.6 points, 3.1 assists per game) is quite solid for a supporting player.
Depth is never a bad thing, and Hill’s return will take a great deal of pressure off of the rest of the Florida backcourt. The Gators are considered by many to be the favorite to win the national championship this season, and with their depth and balance with Hill (and fellow freshman Chris Walker) back aboard in support of their veterans, they are a terrifying match-up for anyone.
