Miami Dolphins unlikely to shop Cam Wake

The Miami Dolphins were rumored to be interested in shopping last year’s No. 3 overall pick, Dion Jordan and could have possibly entertained the idea of doing the same with Cameron Wake and Mike Wallace.

Now according to NFL.com, the Dolphins are unlikely to shop Cameron Wake, Mike Wallace and Dion Jordan at all. You have to love the rumor mill, only because it gives everybody something to talk about not only during the season, but during the off-season.

It keeps us football fans on our toes. If the Dolphins were really going to shop Cam Wake, it would be a huge mistake. This guy is one of the best defensive players in the league. A future Hall of Fame player who plays every snap like he’s a shark in the water.

Last year Wake was only able to record 37 combined tackles and eight and a half sacks in 13 games with the ‘Phins. His season high in tackles and sacks came against the Cincinnati Bengals on October 31st where he picked up three sacks and five tackles.

Now what would your reaction be if the Dolphins were openly shopping Cameron Wake and pulled off a trade? Sound off in the comment section below.
