The Philadelphia 76ers are scheduled to host the Washington Wizards tonight – an evening that is expected to be filled with joy in a relatively down season as the Sixers will retire the jersey of Allen Iverson, the legendary Philadelphia guard.
Then again – according to betting line – the 76ers aren’t scheduled to play the Wizards, but rather the WNBA’s Washington Mystics.
Even worse? They’re 12 point underdogs.

Of course, it’s nothing more than a hilarious typo (or is it?) but it adds insult to injury for the free falling Sixers who went winless during the month of February, compiling a eye gouging 0-13 record in the process.
I guess if there is any silver lining, at least they’re only a twelve point underdog to the WNBA’s Mystics. That’s a favorable line given their recent play and the fact the Mystics were a playoff team this past season.
Maybe Iverson will suit up and help Philadelphia against those pesky WNBA ladies tonight.
Wizards or Mystics, Philadelphia might need the help regardless.
