You would expect that any offspring from one of the best wide receivers of all time, Randy Moss, would be a tremendous athlete, and that is exactly the case as was proven on Friday night by Moss’ daughter, Sydney, who broke the single-game Division III scoring record by dropping 63 points against Waynesburg.
Moss is a sophomore for Thomas More College, and in just this second year is already making a name for herself.
This was a playoff game on Friday night against Waynesburg in which Thomas More and Moss walked away with the 106-88 victory to advance to the finals of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference tournament.
The performance is already making its rounds throughout the national media as it was featured during the ESPN halftime show of the huge showdown between the Connecticut Huskies and Cincinnati Bearcats.
You would now have to assume that a lot of eyes will be on the newly-famous Moss as she progresses further in her basketball career and tries to follow in her father’s footsteps as a professional athlete down the road.
