Syracuse's Rakeem Christmas throws down the alley-oop from C.J. Fair (Video)

Saturday afternoon, the Syracuse Orange had probably their worst outing of the season thus far. Yes, even worse than when they were defeated by the Boston College Eagles as they were drubbed in the second half by the Virginia Cavaliers, who cruised to the ACC regular season championship–their first in over 30 years–with the victory.

However, it wasn’t all bad for the Orange as they did have some bright spots, one of which was provided by C.J. Fair and Rakeem Christmas.

Watch as Fair comes down the court and throws up the beautiful lob for the ultra-athletic Christmas who had one of the better throw downs of the year.

Unfortunately, that was one of the few as, again, the wheels fell off in the second half for the former number one team in the country who has now lost three of their last four games and are reeling heading into the ACC Tournament.
