Wichita State finishes regular season 31-0 after easy 68-45 win over Missouri State

History has been made on Saturday afternoon as the Wichita State Shockers were able to pull off one of the more difficult feats in all of sports by finishing their college basketball regular season undefeated after a dominant win over Missouri State, 68-45.

The second-ranked Shockers showed right off the bat in this one that they wanted to make that history and nothing was going to stand in their way, especially Missouri State.

To put this historical event into perspective, Wichita State is just the fourth team since the late 1970s to enter their conference tournament with an unblemished record.

Again, there was no shot in this game of Missouri State stopping this from coming to fruition as the Shockers went into the locker room at the half with a commanding 39-21 lead and never looked back.

Now, this team will look forward to seeing if they can finish undefeated overall and capture that national championship that eluded them last season.
