3-star RB Myles Gaskin commits to Washington Huskies

On Sunday night, the Washington Huskies earned a commitment from 3-star running back Myles Gaskin.

Gaskin took a visit to Washington two weeks ago.

“It was a great experience,” Gaskin told Adam Gorney of Rivals.com. “I got to meet all the coaches face-to-face and it was great. The junior day I went to last year at UW was only noon to 3. This one was 11:30 to 5:30 so I really got to meet all the coaches, talk to them, see what they were about so it was a great experience.”

The 5-9, 185-pounder attends O’Dea High School in Seattle Washington.

He is ranked as the 34th best running back prospect, the seventh best overall prospect in the state of Washington and the 430th best overall prospect in the class of 2015 according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.

Gaskin chose Washington over an offer from the rival Washington State Cougars, among others.
