Earlier today, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers unveiled their new uniform – just weeks after they released the image of their ‘updated’ logo and new helmet.

Needless to say, the reaction probably wasn’t what they were hoping for.

Possibly looking to calm the waters a bit, a few hours after the Bucs released the initial images, they’ve updated their site with more detailed pictures which include the home and away versions of their new threads.

How say you, FanSided? Did your opinion of the new jersey change with the closer look?

In addition to the new color scheme (and fonts) there are also a few subtle changes, like including the secondary pirate ship logo (you can see a bigger version here) and the ‘Bucs’ nickname used on the sleeve. It marks the first time the Buccaneers have used the ‘Bucs’ officially on any piece of uniform.
