The Houston Texans are working to work out a deal with tight end Garrett Graham before the beginning of the NFL free agency period, but they could have some competition for Graham’s services if they are unable to reach a long-term deal.

Graham, who nearly doubled his career-high numbers in 2013, will reportedly draw interest from the Green Bay Packers.

From Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.

Rapoport added that the Packers have been a fan of Graham since he entered the league out of Wisconsin and they feel he is a perfect fit for the Green Bay offensive scheme.

With the future of Jermichael Finley uncertain in Green Bay, adding Graham would be a no-brainer for the team.
