The Phillies definitely have their issues heading into the 2014 MLB season, but their starting rotation potentially could return to being a strength this season meaning there is plenty of possible fantasy value to consider.

Last year, Philadelphia starters collectively went just 48-63  with a 4.41 ERA.  That ERA ranked them 25th in the Majors which was a huge drop from their top ten ranking in 2012 and having the best starters ERA just two years ago. It was their first year out of the top ten in starters ERA since 2008 and the staff will be looking for a bounce back year as a whole as well as individually.
