Could you be getting your hands on the iPhone 6 sooner than expected? It’s quite possible after a report from Yahoo (via LAPTOP) that suggests Apple could release the much desired phone in ‘late Summer’.
Most believed the phone wouldn’t release until Fall/holiday release but not according to LAPTOP:
According to Apple analyst Peter Misek, a late summer release is likely for the company’s latest flagship smartphone. A late summer iPhone 6 launch would be a slight bump from the phone’s expected fall 2014 release, though it would also come later than a rumored June launch that would coincide with WWDC 2014.
The June launch caught some wind recently, but it always seemed a bit optimistic. The late Summer release seems much more plausible, especially in regards to Apple’s release history.
Much like the iPhone 5, two models are expected to be released by Apple – though that didn’t seem to be the most effective strategy on their first attempt as the 5C didn’t move nearly the units that the 5S did.
The iPhone 6 camera is not expected to change in regards to megapixels, though, could potentially pack a few new features.
