The Charlotte Bobcats have been a surprise this season and are one of the league’s most improved teams under first-year head coach Steve Clifford.

Although they are still just 27-33, they have been much more competitive and would currently be a playoff team.

The Bobcats are currently playing host the team with the best record in the Eastern Conference, the Indiana Pacers.

The Bobcats jumped all over the Pacers early one, taking a 28-8 lead after just one quarter of play. They continued to hold a double digit lead throughout the first quarter.

Point guard Kemba Walker has blossomed into an excellent player, so the Bobcats don’t like to see him hit the ground after a hard foul, which is exactly what happened Wednesday night.
