The New York Giants are looking to bolster their group of targets and weapons for quarterback Eli Manning. Unfortunately, it looks like wide receiver Hakeem Nicks  is going to elsewhere in free agency, leaving Victor Cruz and a bunch of question marks on offense.

Wide receiver Rueben Randle could be the man to replace Nicks, but general manager Jerry Reese isn’t sold.

From the New York Daily News:

"The 6-2 Rueben Randle, who led the Giants with six receiving TDs in 2013, seems Nicks’ heir, but he has a history of miscommunicating with Manning. GM Jerry Reese gave Randle a lukewarm endorsement last month, saying that “the jury is still out” on him."

That means the Giants will be looking to bolster their receiver group, and tight end position, in free agency or the draft. Randle has an opportunity this offseason and upcoming season to make a case that he can be a reliable target for the Giants, the opportunity is there.
