On Thursday night, the Miami Heat played the San Antonio Spurs and it wasn’t a great performance for LeBron James and company. The Heat ended up getting blown out, while looking ridiculous in sleeved “El Heat” jerseys.

LeBron went just 6-of-18 shooting in the game with 19 points, but afterwards he had an interesting way to deflect the blame — it was the sleeves fault.

“I’m not making excuses, but I’m not a big fans of the jerseys,” said James, via ESPN.com. “Every time I shoot it feels like it’s just pulling right up underneath my arm. I already don’t have much room for error on my jump shot. It’s definitely not a good thing.

“I have to figure something out the next time I have to wear them.”

LeBron was also unhappy with his mask and flung that off in the early going of the game, so it is safe to say that he was just having an off-night.
