The offensive tackle free agent market for 2014 might be getting a huge addition–literally–as talks have apparently gone nowhere between the Miami Dolphins and veteran offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie, which will ultimately lead him to seeking employment elsewhere.
No new talks between McKinnie and the Dolphins, who will jump with both feet into the OT pool (if they haven’t already).

After a long stint with the Minnesota Vikings from 2002-10 after a collegiate stay with the Miami Hurricanes, McKinnie moved on to the Baltimore Ravens in 2011. After signing him to a two-year deal prior to the 2013 season, the Ravens traded the big man to the Dolphins late in October of last season.
It shouldn’t really come as a surprise that Miami doesn’t want him back as in the time that he did see on the field, he was nowhere near as effective as he once was.
Unless he plans on finding that dominance again, there might not be a lot out there on the Free Agent market for the vet.
