As the NFL Free Agency period rapidly approaches, teams are beginning to put their focus on certain free agents as they look to make a splash as soon as the market opens on Tuesday afternoon.

One of the players who could quickly be scooped up is free agent offensive tackle Anthony Collins.

According to the Baltimore Sun, Collins is expected to sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers “provided that he doesn’t re-sign with the Bengals.”

The Buccaneers have been rumored to be considering releasing Donald Penn at numerous times this offseason, so signing Collins could seal his fate.

Tampa Bay is also pursuing Rodger Saffold, so the team appears committed to bolstering their offensive line in 2014.
